Vintage Events supply the DJ, the sound and the lighting as one package, which keeps things simple for a Canberra wedding, birthday or company party. The setup scales with the event. Smaller packages bring 15-inch speakers, wireless mics, a DJ booth and a lighting bar, while bigger ones add 18-inch subwoofers for club-level bass, moving head lights on trusses and a DJ facade for a tidier look. Karaoke is on the list too. Once you've booked, you get an online form to fill in your song requests. They need access to the venue 60 to 90 minutes before start time to get set up. Public liability insured, they travel up to 300 km.
