Val's signature workshop turns your audience into a company for a couple of hours. Called Systemise Your Business Like a Rockstar, it has people run a simulated business and work through a knot of problems involving people, processes and technology, with props on the table. It works best with somewhere between 15 and 60 people, seated at large tables. Her keynotes make the same case from the stage. Good systems carry the load so leaders and their staff don't have to, and trust matters as much in technology as it does between people. Earlier talks have dealt with growing a business without chaos and with mindful leadership through change. For a talk she needs a big screen or projector, a microphone and recording gear. She's based at Mountain Creek on the Sunshine Coast, has her own insurance and travels nationwide.
