Uptown

Since 2012, Uptown have worked the wedding venues of the Hunter Valley, and they can cover most of the day. An acoustic duo handles the ceremony, jazz plays over canapés, and then the full band takes the reception with soul, funk, pop, R&B and rock 'n' roll. That split suits a wedding where the ceremony, drinks and dinner happen in different spots and the music has to move with the guests. The players are experienced, and the reception sets are built for getting people dancing.
