TURBO CHOOK

Behind TURBO CHOOK is Allan McConnell, a music producer and mixing engineer who knows how a track is put together from the inside. He's originally from Taroona in Tasmania and now lives in Melbourne. For more than ten years he has released music as one half of the duo Close Counters. His live work has taken him overseas and around Australia, performing with acts such as Dylan Joel, Duckwrth and Benji Lewis, and he has played support to Shaggy, Bliss N Eso, Robbie Williams and Elton John. Expect a set from someone who hears the mix the way an engineer does.
