Trys Reddick

Mental health is the subject Trys Reddick knows from both sides, as someone who has lived through a long recovery and as a trainer who teaches others. After five years working in employment services, Trys set up a Mental Health First Aid training business and has worked as a trainer for seven years, now at Principal Master Trainer level. In 2020, in the middle of the COVID crisis, Trys started IPL Radio, a community station with a positive mental health message. It reaches listeners around Australia and overseas in the US, the UK, Canada and New Zealand. A move to Australia was a turning point in that story. It's a strong talk for a workplace wellbeing day or a mental health awareness event. Trys is based in Rockingham, WA, and travels up to 50 km.
