Tom Potter

Business owners and franchisees will recognise a lot of what Tom Potter talks about. He opened his first pizza shop in Albury on borrowed money and built it into Eagle Boys Dial-A-Pizza, a franchise network across Australia. His talks on business, leadership and persistence come straight out of that climb, and he's frank about the hard parts: the practical problems of growing a retail business, the calls he had to make, the setbacks, and the people who helped the company grow. He's told the story to after-dinner audiences, in workshops and at conferences, so it works as a keynote or in a smaller session. He's based in Queensland.
