Toby Grayling

Original songs are at the heart of a Toby Grayling set, shaped by the rock, blues, indie rock and acoustic music he fell for early on. He grew up in a musical family and trained classically on piano first, then turned to guitar and singing. Writing his own material came from being around so many talented players. The St Kilda singer-songwriter has played gigs all over Melbourne and interstate. He'd sit well at a bar, a backyard party or a relaxed afternoon function where people are happy to hear songs that are new to them.
