Tim Sladden

Jazz, blues and folk all turn up in Tim Sladden's guitar playing, and he writes his own songs as well. There's a solo option and a duo. He also teaches music at university level, lecturing at Southern Cross University in Lismore and at Brisbane's JMC Academy, so the playing is about as solid as it gets. He's played support slots for The Cat Empire, Pete Murray and Busby Marou, and appeared at the Mullum Music Festival, Brisbane Fringe, The Village Festival, Jazz and Shiraz and the Brisbane International Jazz Festival. That mix suits a wedding ceremony or a wine bar evening where the music is worth listening to. From his Brisbane base he'll travel up to 200 km.
