Tim Read

Sound effects are the hook with Tim Read. He's a vocal impressionist, doing voices and noises you wouldn't expect a person to make, and he folds them into a stand-up set with some improv mixed in. He has been doing comedy for more than ten years, has sold out shows around Australia, and has worked alongside Greg Fleet, Wil Anderson and the Umbilical Brothers. For a corporate night or a party, the voices give the room something to react to even when people haven't met. His needs are simple: one microphone and a crowd. Tim is based in Darwin and travels nationwide.
