The Warrains is a musical duo based in Rosebud, VIC.
Kelly and Chris have spent more than twenty years playing Mornington Peninsula venues, festivals and special events as The Warrains. Their mix of originals and covers wanders from jazz and country to indie and the 80s, held together by two voices that harmonise closely. Early on they'll keep it cruisy while people chat over a drink, and later they can lift the tempo until guests are up and singing. Expect songs from Paul Kelly, Fleetwood Mac, Dolly Parton, Crowded House, Nina Simone, Johnny Cash and The Everly Brothers, with some Tom Waits and Feist for good measure. Setting up is easy for you. They bring the PA and everything else, and just need a power point. A trio or full band is available on request. They're based in Rosebud and travel up to 50 km.
