The Volt is a cover band based in Port Macquarie, NSW.
Stadium rock is the backbone of a night with The Volt. The Port Macquarie band plays party rock: big anthems and Aussie classics like Highway to Hell, TNT, Marseilles, No Secrets, Evie and Unguarded Moment, plus Start Me Up, La Grange, Radar Love, Sweet Home Alabama and Psycho Killer. It's built for a pub, a wedding dance floor or a party that wants volume. A few quieter songs are on hand too, Black Magic Woman among them, for when the room needs a breather. For an outdoor show, put a roof over the stage. The band carries public liability cover and will go 100 km for a gig.
