The Swing Sisters Show

Lisa Page and Kirsty Jeffrey have been the Swing Sisters since 2005, dressed to the nines in 1940s style and drawing on years of singing and dance. Their show celebrates the wartime sweethearts, Edith Piaf, Vera Lynn and the Andrews Sisters, with songs such as We'll Meet Again, Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree, Non, je ne regrette rien, The White Cliffs of Dover and Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy. Post-war swing and film favourites linked to Doris Day and Judy Garland come next, and a few songs from the Vietnam era too. Bring your voice. There are plenty of singalongs. Their Christmas show, Swing into Christmas, runs on 40s and 50s festive tunes like Jingle Bell Rock and Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree, and they'll happily bring it out for Christmas in July as well. They perform as a duo or in a bigger line-up of six or seven. Sydney-based, they travel Australia-wide.
