The Stomps

Matching suits, three singers and a songbook straight out of the 60s: The Stomps are a Brisbane four-piece on electric guitar, bass, keys and drums. Expect Gloria, Green Onions, Purple Haze, Drive My Car, Itchycoo Park, I'm Not Your Steppin' Stone, Born to Be Wild and You Really Got Me, played with plenty of energy. They're at home at a wedding or function, and just as much at a vintage car show, a vintage culture fair, a street party, a sports club or a bar residency, whether it's one set or several. Give them a raised stage with room for four, a drum riser if you can, and about an hour to bump in and soundcheck. The band can bring the PA and production, works within 100 km of Brisbane and carries public liability insurance.
