The Spectacles is a cover band based in Sydney, NSW.
Seven players, and the goal they set themselves is a full dance floor and a friendly room. The Spectacles cover 70s and 80s music, classic rock and soul, and tailor the set list to each gig, with special requests possible if you give them enough notice. Being a big band, they need a sizeable stage and access to it three to four hours before start time for sound, lighting and checks. Pack down runs 60 to 90 minutes. Outdoor gigs need cover over the band. Sydney is home, cover is in place, and 200 km is as far as they'll go.
