The Smith & Western Jury is a cover band based in Collingwood, VIC.
The Smith & Western Jury play alt-country with some real weight behind it, the kind of set that hits a room like a freight train. They come from Naarm, or Melbourne, and they've built a name on their own distinctive take on country music. Their debut album, Hotel Texas, came out in June 2024 and has drawn plenty of attention from long-time country fans and newcomers alike. Put them on at a festival, a bar gig or a party whose guests like their country with a bit of grit and a band that sounds like nobody else. The band is based in Collingwood.
