The Resistors is a cover band.
Frantic is the word for The Resistors. The band plays post-punk rock with a strong mod streak and a Detroit influence, the style it started out with when it formed in Brisbane in 1979. Now reformed, the band is keen to be back in front of crowds again. It belongs at a pub gig or a band night, in front of people who remember that era of rock and like it played with real urgency.
