The Nightmare Rangers is a cover band.
The Nightmare Rangers are a four-piece who mix folk and punk rock, and the Irish instruments are front and centre. Bouzouki, tin whistle and banjo weave around each other over a hard-driving band, with folk's storytelling carried along by punk's energy. The band formed in 2022. It's a sound that feels old and rowdy at the same time, so it'll suit an Irish-themed night, a St Patrick's Day party or a pub crowd that wants to stamp along.
