The Magic Pyjama Party

Pyjamas are the dress code. At The Magic Pyjama Party the kids, and any adults who want in, turn up in their cosiest sleepwear for a magic show about the strange and silly things we dream about. It mixes visual magic with storytelling, shadow puppetry and clowning, pulls kids into the act, and the message running through it is that you can do anything you dream of. Thirty minutes of set-up gets it into an ordinary living room, and it scales up to a school, kindergarten, council event or theatre stage with a 3 by 6 metre backdrop of teddy bears and cut-out shapes. It has toured the stretch between Melbourne and Adelaide, stopping at plenty of towns on the way. Windsor is the base, bookings run up to 50 km out, and the performer is insured and WWCC-checked.
