The Knots is a musical duo based in Bendigo, VIC.
From the ceremony to the last dance, The Knots can cover a whole wedding day. The duo is vocals and acoustic guitar, and the trio adds drums or percussion for the livelier end of the night, with more than one female singer available. Their sound is an acoustic mix of pop, rock, R&B, funk and soul that moves from quiet background songs to dance-floor fillers. A reception is three 45-minute sets, with lighting and background music between them. Bette Davis Eyes, Ho Hey, Your Song, I'm Yours and Send Me On My Way are all in the list. They bring every bit of sound gear and need about 3 by 2 metres with power, plus cover outdoors. Based in Bendigo and Melbourne, insured, they travel up to 300 km.
