The Hit-Slingers is a cover band based in Manly, NSW.
The Hit-Slingers pass over the standard rock covers and dig into melodic pop rock from the 70s, 80s and 90s, the songs people forgot they loved. Bowie, The Cars and U2 sit next to REM, George Michael and Red Hot Chili Peppers, with Coldplay in there too, and local favourites from Sunny Boys, Hoodoo Gurus, Dragon and The Cruel Sea. It's a party band first, aimed squarely at the dance floor, and they bring all their own gear. The Manly band travels up to 50 km.
