The Fabulous Blues Brothers is a tribute show based in Brisbane, QLD.
Joliet Jake and Elwood take the stage in The Fabulous Blues Brothers, with Brad Kendrick as Jake and Tristan James as Elwood, and Asabi Goodman joins them to sing Aretha Franklin. Expect Rawhide, Soul Man, Everybody Needs Somebody to Love, Minnie the Moocher, Peter Gunn and Gimme Some Lovin', and from Asabi, Think, Respect and (You Make Me Feel) Like a Natural Woman. It's a revue with gospel breakdowns and blues riffs, and a room full of people singing back. Corporate events are a strong suit, and the production scales to anything from a cosy club to a theatre or festival, so talk through your venue with them early. They carry public liability cover and a Blue Card, and travel nationwide from Brisbane.
