The Bridgettes is a cover band based in Melbourne, VIC.
The Bridgettes take a 1960s stage show and play it with a wink. The sound owes plenty to The Supremes and The Ronettes, the outfits are sequinned, and both My Boyfriend's Back and Chapel of Love turn up in the set. Up front, three singers handle the harmonies and the dance moves while staying in character as Nancy-Blue, Cherry-Pop and Lula-Belle, with a band on guitar, bass and drums behind them. Book them for a 60s theme night, or any party where the comedy and the costumes count as much as the songs. They're based in Melbourne.
