The Australian Mark Lindsay

The Australian Mark Lindsay is a one-man band with a full band sound, built from vocals, percussion, effects and backing tracks. A night lasts three hours or more and follows a clear arc: soft country and pop to start while people settle in, then building to rock and rock 'n' roll once the party gets going. The songs come from the 50s through to the 90s, heartfelt ballads included. Bowling clubs, RSLs, wineries, bars, restaurants, rock 'n' roll nights and morning melodies sessions have all been part of the work since 2015, along with corporate events and private celebrations. The act needs about 2 square metres, power, and an indoor or undercover spot. Based in Bairnsdale, the act travels up to 300 km.
