Taryn Brumfitt

Body acceptance is the subject Taryn Brumfitt speaks on, and she has come at it from several directions. She's the founder of the Body Image Movement, an author, and the director of two documentaries, Embrace and Embrace Kids. In 2023 she was named Australian of the Year. Her talks cover body image and the social change around it, with the films, her writing and her advocacy work as the material. It's a strong fit for a conference session or a staff wellbeing day.
