Talitha Huston

Talitha Huston's message to an audience is simple: give it a go. She's an award-winning author, photographer and filmmaker who self-published and promoted her own book, Birds of the Perth Hills. Since then she has spoken at more than 50 schools, libraries and community groups, and been interviewed on radio. Her presentations come in two kinds. One covers the book itself, with bird photography and birdwatching tips. The other is motivational, built for students, and draws on her travels: a drive around Australia, six months living out of a ute in Byron Bay, then months backpacking the world. She needs a projector and screen, a microphone and speakers. She works from the Gold Coast and will travel up to 100 km.
