Swinging Martinis is a singer based in Brisbane, QLD.
Johnny and Vinny wear nothing less than a tuxedo, and The Swinging Martinis' show sits somewhere between a Rat Pack lounge act and a comedy double. The 40-minute set is mostly upbeat: Sway, That's Amore, Fly Me to the Moon, New York, New York, Delilah and Save the Last Dance for Me, with plenty of audience interaction. They usually work to pre-recorded backing, and live musicians can join when you want a bigger sound. The pair have worked together for close to 20 years, from Brisbane and Cairns to Sydney, New Zealand, Fiji and Hong Kong. Clients include Qantas, Toyota, Microsoft, Mercedes, Caltex, Toshiba and AMP, and they played the Queensland Parliamentary Ball. A good pick for a company dinner that needs a lift.
