Super Massive

Half electronic dance music and half rock is the idea behind Super Massive, with vintage 70s funk and disco as the glue. The band is the creative partnership of drummer, composer and producer Glenn Abbott and singer and writer Malina Hamilton-Smith, and live they perform as a four-piece. Their releases so far are seven singles plus an EP that won an award, and they've played main stages at festivals including Floriade and Woodford. That festival grounding shows in a set built to get a crowd moving. Based on the Gold Coast, they suit a festival stage, a launch or a party where the dance floor wants something with a groove.
