SUNOE (soo-no)

House is the specialty, but SUNOE asks for a playlist of 10 to 30 tracks before the night so the set bends towards what you want to hear. The basic setup is two 800W JBL party speakers and an XDJ-RX3 controller, with up to seven hours of DJing, and lights on request. Bigger speakers, larger lights and a smoke machine are extras. The club résumé is solid: headline sets and B2Bs at YOT Club, festival crowds at Oktoberfest GC and the NYD Foam Party, and support slots for Havana Brown, Tigerlily and Luke Fletcher. There's brand work too, for Skechers and LSKD. Based on the Gold Coast and travelling up to 100 km, SUNOE holds liability insurance, a police check and a Blue Card. Bring an outdoor plan if rain is forecast, since the decks need cover and a power outlet.
