Stu Harcourt makes one person sound like a band. He sings and plays guitar, keeps a beat going on a stompbox, and brings in the didgeridoo, building a big, earthy sound from a single spot on stage. The set mixes his own songs with plenty of rock covers, and it's music with a pulse, better for a lively bar or an outdoor party than a quiet dinner. Stu has spent more than 30 years performing and producing, has released ten solo EPs and albums, and tours in Australia and overseas. Port Douglas and the rest of Far North Queensland are his patch, within a 200 km radius, and he carries public liability insurance.
