Splashing Mood is a musical duo based in Merewether, NSW.
Splashing Mood start an afternoon or evening with laid-back acoustic songs and add more groove and funk as the event goes on. Astrid sings and Matt plays a melodic, groove-based guitar, and together they rework songs from the 60s to now. You might hear Big Jet Plane, Heart of Glass, Get Lucky, Rehab, Budapest, Mustang Sally and Shallow on the same night. They bring professional sound and lighting, plus microphones for the speeches, and only need power. Wedding and corporate packages can include a DJ set and a solo instrumental guitar set, so one booking can carry the whole event. The duo is based in Merewether, travels up to 500 km. Their insurance covers public liability as well as professional indemnity.
