Uptown Funk, Heart of Glass, Love Shack, I Will Survive. SoundEstate cover four decades of dance music, from 70s disco through 80s new wave and 90s pop into the 2000s, and the set lists are built on songs that topped the Australian charts. It's a duo, one female and one male singer, yet what comes out of the speakers sounds more like a band of five. That's because most of the backing comes from the original artists' studio multitracks, which keeps each song close to the record your guests know. A lighting show comes as part of the set-up, and the only request of the venue is a couple of separate power points. The duo started out playing 80s pop on the Mid North Coast, works out of Port Macquarie and travels up to 100 km.
