Souldaddy7 can hold a gig solo for three to four hours, playing rhythm and blues, classic rock and a few originals on acoustic or electric guitar, fingerstyle and slide. The acoustic set draws on Muddy Waters, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee, James Taylor and The Commitments. Plugged in, it's Howlin' Wolf, the Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, Elmore James, Jimi Hendrix, Chuck Berry, David Bowie, Elvis and Guns N' Roses. Expect foot-tapping blues with plenty to sing along to. A drummer and bass player are on call if you'd rather have a band, and a harmonica player can join for the blues numbers. The sound gear covers anything from a small room to a pub-size gig. Gold Coast-based, with a 50 km travel radius.
