Dance, acrobatics and aerial work all feed into a Sophie Nock performance: strength and technique in the air, with the polish of a trained dancer on the ground. It's the kind of act that makes guests stop and look up. These days she performs dance and aerial work with Viva Cabaret in Melbourne. Before that she spent half a year on a contract in Crete, Greece, with the ALAR Dinner Show. She has worked internationally for more than nine years. She teaches and choreographs too. A junior musical in Perth carried her choreography, and in 2024 she took teachers through an acrobatics masterclass in Singapore. For a cabaret spot, a gala or a themed night, she brings a show that looks spectacular up close.
