Sophie and Nate

Sophie and Nate carry a portable PA, so they can play beside a power point or set up out in the open. The duo's sound sits across acoustic folk, pop, indie and R&B, with their own songs alongside the covers. They've spent years gigging in Sydney and Melbourne, at Valve, the Steyne, Lazybones and Hemmingways, plus EQ Markets and Glebe Markets. Longer stays include six months in residence at the InterContinental in Double Bay and a two-month run at Surry Hills' Strawberry Hills Hotel. Company work takes in Sydney Airport's 100th birthday and a Christmas party for Regional Express. Weddings and private parties round out the calendar. From their Sydney base they travel up to 25 km.
