Smutlee

UK sounds are Smutlee's home turf, and he's spent more than 20 years taking them to dance floors overseas. His sets have run from London's Fabric to Ibiza, Paris, Los Angeles and New York, in big main rooms and in private members' venues such as Soho House, so he knows how to pitch a night either way. Now living in Melbourne, he backs UK artists including JME and Skepta, and he has picked up guest slots on Rinse FM and Radio 1. His Smutlee Blends series is where the mixing gets inventive, pairing tracks you wouldn't expect and making them land. He suits a late club night or a private party where the host wants something sharper than a standard playlist.
