Sly Pony

Sly Pony sings, plays guitar and pulls out a harmonica now and then, and his song list reaches from the 60s right up to now. Tom Petty and The Beatles share it with Avicii and George Ezra, Paul Kelly sits near INXS, and there's room for Queen, U2, Eurythmics, The Cranberries and Britney Spears too, plus Bon Jovi, Ben Harper, Eddie Vedder and The Black Keys. He puts his own stamp on each one rather than copying the record. Around Cairns he's also known as one half of the acoustic rock duo Sneaky Horse. On his own it's a single voice and guitar, an easy size for a beer garden, a backyard birthday or a small bar where the crowd spans a few generations.
