Sarah Spirals is a hula hoop act based in Fremantle, WA.
Hoops are the main event with Sarah Spirals, but the circus kit goes further: stilts, juggling, clowning, acrobatics, fire and glow dancing. Circus workshops are offered too, a good way to get children at a festival or party trying tricks themselves rather than only watching. Podium dancing sits on the list for adult events. Home base is Fremantle, and the act travels nationwide.
