Santamaria Brothers

The Santamaria Brothers grew up in the suburbs with the family's Latin records on at home, and that was the start of a long run through Sydney music. Later the pair were the rhythm section of Lost Valentinos, a cult indie outfit, and helped get Motorik off the ground, a warehouse techno night that grew into a Sydney fixture. Put together, that's decades spent in the city's music. As DJs they carry all of it to the decks, with techno close to their hearts, which makes them a sharp pick for a late event where dancing is the whole point.
