Ross Ward

Blues, country, jazz and indie folk all sit comfortably under Ross Ward's fingers. The Brisbane guitarist has more than 50 years of playing behind him, and he's still busy, with 150 gigs in 2024 alone. He's a regular at major festivals, has several bands and solo projects to his name, and has produced music as well as played it. That long stretch of live work means he knows how to read an audience and give it what it's after, which counts at a function where the crowd's taste is hard to predict.
