Rise Disco

Costumes come out, the music turns to disco, and the whole room becomes part of Rise Disco. It's run by Coco, whose signature session is the Joy Infusion Class, a dance class designed to bring out the playful, childlike side in everyone taking part. This is hands-on rather than something to sit and watch, so it works best with a group that's up for joining in. Silent disco is part of the offering too, handy when the music needs to stay quiet for the neighbours but the dancing doesn't. Coco is based at Bondi Beach and works within about 50 km.
