Riki Putra

Riki Putra's concerts bring traditional Indonesian gamelan together with orchestral and contemporary music, and the presentation is as distinctive as the sound. Music study in Los Angeles wrapped up in 2015, after which he returned to Indonesia and built that style into a performing career, appearing at stadium closing ceremonies, on television, at fashion shows and at music festivals. In 2022 he moved to Queensland and has played a wide range of venues and events since. For a gala, a cultural celebration or a launch that calls for something out of the ordinary, he's worth a look.
