Rik Rushton's subject is the set of skills that technology can't do for your people: communication, human connection and influence, plus emotional resilience and high performance as AI and automation change how work gets done. The talks are aimed at leaders and teams who need those soft skills to keep up. He can pitch it to a handful of people in a boardroom, a bigger team in a training session, or an entire conference, and he also works as a facilitator, MC and host, including at weddings.
