Reg

Reg spent 22 years in the Army, much of it in the Special Air Service, and his talks come straight out of that career. He served on operations in Rwanda, East Timor and Iraq, commanding everything from small teams to units of 300. In 1994 he was the first Australian to reach Rwanda once the genocide ended, the United States awarded him its Bronze Star for his leadership in Iraq in 2003, and during the Sydney Olympics he advised NSW Police as well as the UN. His subjects are deciding under pressure, leading when things go wrong, how elite teams perform and the energy of giving. He speaks after dinner, at conferences and in schools, and can MC or present online. Larger rooms suit a lapel microphone, plus a screen he can connect to. Melbourne-based, he travels nationwide, with police and Working With Children clearances.
