Rabia Siddique

Rabia Siddique's talks cover leadership, resilience and inclusion, and her examples come from three different arenas: the law, the military and public advocacy. She has worked in human rights and international criminal law. She was a British Army officer, and her strategic roles have taken her to Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East. Queen Elizabeth II recognised the humanitarian work she did in the Middle East, and she won a discrimination case she brought against the British government and armed forces. Equal Justice, her memoir, covers what it was like to work in the law and the armed forces as a Muslim woman. She's been inducted into the WA Women's Hall of Fame, and organisations working through cultural and systemic change also bring her in as an adviser.
