Poppy The Clown

Balls in the air, plates spinning and balloon animals taking shape: that's Poppy The Clown at work, a mischievous character with a full kit of circus skills. There's magic and some dancing in the mix as well. Rachel Leary plays Poppy, and she trained in clowning and physical theatre. A lot of the fun is improvised, built from whatever happens when Poppy meets your guests, so no two encounters go quite the same way. Rachel's performing work takes in festivals as well as corporate events. She's based in Melbourne.
