Playdate is a cover band based in Brisbane, QLD.
Playdate are a Brisbane dance band built around the voice of Mirasol, a singer who has worked internationally and been part of Australia's live scene for more than a decade. The set is funky pop and rock from the 80s through to now, chosen for dancing. They care about the details: the sound and lighting production gets the same attention as the performance. On stage they're energetic and fun to watch, and off it they're easy to deal with, turning up well dressed and communicating clearly. That makes them a comfortable choice for a wedding, a company party or a birthday.
