Club crowds who grew up on 70s, 80s and 90s radio are the ones Platinum play for. The South East Queensland four-piece picks songs from that stretch that you don't hear every week, and plays them fully live, sometimes with the arrangement reworked. On a given night that might mean INXS, Pat Benatar and Blondie, then Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam and Kings of Leon, with Divinyls, Queen, Bad Company, Green Day, Eurythmics and The Black Keys along the way. Bon Jovi, Collective Soul, Free, Guns N' Roses and The Dandy Warhols are in the mix too. All four are experienced players. RSLs, leagues clubs, golf and bowls clubs are home turf, and they also take corporate nights and private functions.
