Pheonix Rose

Requests sent ahead of the night get worked into a Pheonix Rose set, even songs that need learning from scratch. It's a solo voice-and-guitar act with a strong upper range, covering pub classics, indie rock and soulful ballads, shaped to the mood of a wedding, a milestone birthday or a pub night. Kids in the room usually get some Harry Styles or Taylor Swift. Expect a fair bit of chat with the crowd and a few laughs where they suit. Setup takes 30 to 45 minutes, all the gear comes along, and a single power point is enough, indoors or out. More than five years of gigs across Queensland and New South Wales sit behind the act.
