Paul Moleta is a cover band based in Sunshine Coast, QLD.
Up to four hours of rock from the 80s through to today is what the Paul Moleta Band can give a venue, and the list can be shaped to suit the room. It's alternative rock, pop rock and country rock, the kind of songs a crowd sings back: Better by the Screaming Jets, Take Me Back by Noiseworks, Never Tear Us Apart, Beautiful Day and Mysterious Ways, plus Sweet Home Alabama, Hard to Handle, Mustang Sally and Dancing in the Dark. Thirsty Merc and Powderfinger get a turn as well. The band also writes its own music, which can be fitted to a festival or event. Outdoors, they need a covered stage, and they'll ask for a big screen or projector. Every member and the sound crew hold public liability insurance. Based on the Sunshine Coast, they travel nationwide.
