Out of Rock

Out of Rock is a mobile DJ with an acoustic side, working out of Hobart and across Tasmania to Launceston, Devonport and Burnie. Anything from 60s songs to this week's Top 40 can come up, but the heart of it is 70s, 80s and 90s classics and old-school bangers built for a long night on the dance floor. There's a rock and metal collection for crowds that like it heavier, and music for Persian, Latin, Bollywood, Spanish and Asian nights too. You can book a DJ set, live acoustic music as a solo or duo, or a mix of both. The rig comes with a quality PA, wireless microphones, lights and a smoke machine, and PA hire is available on its own. Weddings, school formals, retro nights and pub gigs are all on the list.
